We are located in ATL, Georgia but we also have employees and collaborators in Brooklyn, NYC, Long Island, Baltimore, Orlando, and Singapore.

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

 

  • How long does It take to ship?
View our shipping page for detailed shipping times and countries.  All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. At that point you will get a second email with tracking codes.  
We are constantly working to speed up shipping times.  Some products ship from the US, while other products ship from China.  If you have any questions contact Tommy at tommyhopp3@gmail.com

  • How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive a second email with your tracking number - please contact Tommy at tommyhopp3@gmail.com if you do not receive your tracking number and he will resend it ASAP.  

 

  • How do I access tracking information?

You can track your item by:

  • Internet: Use the United States Postal Service® website: go to http://www.usps.com > click "Quick Tools" > click "Track a Package" > enter your USPS Tracking® number(s)

  • Text: Send a text to 28777 (2USPS) with your tracking number as the content of the message. Standard Message and Data rates may apply.

  • Smartphone: Browse to USPS Mobile® on your smartphone or download the USPS Mobile® app for Android™ and iPhone®.

    • Can I change my order?

    We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.  Hit us up though and let us know and we will try to change the order or work something out with you.  We want you to be happy:)

     

    • How do I return something?

    1. Contact us by email.  Email Tommy at tommyhopp3@gmail.com - Give him your name or order number.  Explain the reason for return and we will sort you out.  No worries!  (To expedite the return process if an item is defective, provide good digital photos ASAP) 

    2. You will be emailed with a response right away (Usually within 24 hours).

    3. In most cases we will ask you to ship your return to our office in Atlanta.  Please address your package to:

    4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.

    5. We will reimburse you as soon as the package is received and inspected in Atlanta.

    6. Please allow 48-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.

    Please note:  Dragon Air One is not responsible for any return fees, or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
