We want our customers to have a great shopping experience on our website, so we offer hassle-free returns to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order.  If your shipment is damaged please email us right away, let us know what the problem is, and please including any photos that show damage, fault, or other problem with the order so we can make sure it does not happen again. We will review the issue and ship a replacement right away.


If you wish to return/exchange an item(s) purchased online at www.tommyhoppe.com please follow the following steps:
    • Item(s) must be returned within 30 working days of receiving your order for customers in the USA.  (45 days for international customers).
    • Gift vouchers are not eligible for a refund.
    • All items must be returned in re-saleable condition with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse item(s) if they have been worn.
    • If the product(s) you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged, we will refund you the cost of your return postage, your original postage and product(s) value.
    • Please email digital photos of damaged goodsas this will help speed up the refund process. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
    • We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from the post office, and have the shipment tracked as we cannot be held responsible for returned item(s) that do not reach us.
    • Refunds will be processed and received within 10 days of item(s) arriving at our Atlanta office.
